The box beam roll forming machine is a special equipment for making storage rack box beams.

The machine uses a series of rollers arranged in a precise configuration to continuously convert galvanized steel strips into customized box beam profiles. Subsequently, an integrated locking mechanism rolls up and firmly connects two box beams together to ensure structural integrity.

3)Machine base: Welded by H450 plate, with shot blasting and heat treatment
4) Roller material : GCR15, undergoing precision CNC machining coupled with heat treatment for enhanced durability. It then undergoes a meticulous finishing process, including turning, polishing, and finally, a chrome plating for superior surface quality and corrosion resistance.

1)Type:The system employs a post-cut method, capable of automatically adjusting the cutting length and quantity as per requirements, ensuring precision and efficiency in the cutting process.
