Uncoiler

1.Type: Offered in two variants – Mechanical Uncoiler and Hydraulic Uncoiler (available with or without a coil car for added convenience).

2.Load Capacity: Capable of handling loads up to 7 tons, ensuring seamless material handling.

 

Main Machine

1.Roller Material: Precision-crafted from GCr15 steel, undergoing rigorous heat treatment, polishing, and galvanizing processes for superior durability and performance.

2.Main Motor: Powered by either a standard electrical motor or an advanced servo motor drive, providing reliable and efficient operation.

3.Size Change: Seamlessly controlled by a PLC system, allowing for quick and easy adjustments through a user-friendly touch panel interface. The machine offers continuous adjustability, catering to a wide range of production needs.
