CZ Purlin Machine

Beenew CZ Purlin Machine is a fully automatic forming machine that can produce C purlins and Z purlins.

Cee purlin and zed purlins are important supporting structures in buildings. C and Z purlin are made of high-strength steel or low-carbon steel. C section purlins can be used as a joist for walls and floor slabs, and galvanized Z purlins is generally used for roof slabs and wall beams.

Application

Beenew’s CZ30030 purlin machine can produce cee purlin with a width of 100-300mm and zed purlins with a width of 140-300mm. We use spot trading, batch production, and extremely fast delivery.

2. Load capacity: 7T;

Main Machine

1.Roller material: Flat roller Gcr15 bearing steel / inclined roller Cr12 mold steel;
2. Main motor: servo motor drive;
3. CZ lnterchange: interchange between C and Z purlins operated by manually,also have fully automatic CZ purlin roll forming machine controlled by PLC and set through touch panel;
4. Size Change: The size change is controlled by PLC, set on the touch screen, and is continuously adjustable;
