Automatic Metal Corrugated Roof Panel Making Machine

This corrugated roof sheet roll forming machine is a fully automatic cold forming line to produce sinusoidal wave corrugated metal sheets widely used for roofing, wall cladding, warehouses, farms, workshops and temporary buildings. It processes PPGI, galvanized steel and aluminum coils continuously, from decoiling, roll forming, to hydraulic cutting to fixed length, no extra manual operation required.

Built on heavy welded steel frame, hard chrome plated rollers and reliable PLC+HMI control system, this corrugated sheet machine delivers consistent wave shape, clean burr-free cutting and stable long-run production. We support custom wave profile, feeding width, voltage and decoiler capacity for different regional market standards.
