Long Lifespan:

Conventional roofing machines usually weigh between 8-10 tons depending on the profiles they are designed for. However, our machine is crafted using 13-15 tons of raw materials. This heavier construction makes the machine extremely robust and stable, enhancing its durability. The solid shafts have a diameter of 75mm, and the rollers are coated with 0.05mm of hard chrome. This not only increases the hardness of the rollers but also provides excellent anti-rust properties. Additionally, the cutting frame undergoes heat treatment to prevent any potential deformation in the future, and the cut blade is made from CR12 material that has been quenched for added strength and longevity.

High Precision:

The base of the machine is meticulously processed on a Gantry milling machine to ensure a smooth surface. The shafts for the rollers are ground at least twice using a grinding machine, and the rollers themselves are processed using CNC technology. This combination of precision manufacturing techniques guarantees that the machine operates with exceptional accuracy, resulting in high-quality products with consistent profiles.
